The Gutsy Solution

4-session ‘mini’ package to reboot your gut health

This package provides personalized guidance to assist you with your Gut Health issues. 

It all starts with a 20-minute Complementary Introductory Session, where we will discuss your health concern, understand your goals and expectations and assess if coaching is right for you. 

We will then meet for 60-minute one-to-one sessions in person or over Zoom. 

 The process begins with a thorough Complete Health Profile (CHP) to assess the root cause of your health concern. We will then analyse a typical 3-day Gastric-Mood-Food Diary (GMFD) and work together
to finalize a Comprehensive Action Plan (CAP) to suit your lifestyle. 

This ‘MINI Package’ requires independent following of the plan after the 4 Sessions.

The plan includes the following coaching sessions:

6 SESSION package to navigate your gut &
Transform your health

This package provides personalized guidance to assist you with your Gut Health issues. 

It includes all the elements from the MINI package. We will also place a greater emphasis on discussing recipes and cooking techniques and finalize a unique Personalized Meal Plan (PMP).
This longer-term Plan is also more suited for the Client who needs support and motivation whilst implementing change through time.

This ‘MINI Package’ requires independent following of the plan after the 4 Sessions.

The Gutsy No-Gluten Adventure

6 SESSION package to ditch gluten and
feel extraordinary

Do you feel like cutting gluten from your diet might be the right move for your health? Have you been diagnosed with Celiac Disease or a Non-Celiac Gluten Sensitivity?

Going Gluten-Free is not as easy as replacing white flour with a Gluten-Free option. And relying on processed Gluten-Free snacks is not sustainable or healthy in the long term. With the strong prevalence of wheat in the Western diet, and many of us receiving up to 70% of our dietary fiber from that wheat alone, removing this component may pose real and adverse effects to the health of our gut microbiome, and potentially trigger inflammation.

Adjusting to a Gluten-Free diet for long-term success requires optimizing and balancing your nutrient intake. This is not a simple task and attempting it alone can be daunting. With some knowledge and dedication, it is possible to achieve a well-rounded and delicious Gluten-free diet to last a lifetime.
